The pen and the paper exam of the Central Board of Secondary Education Joint Entrance examination (JEE) Main test will take place on Sunday. A staggering high 75,000 will take the exam across 150 centers across the state.
The examination will be conducted from Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Rajkot, Vadodra and Surat. The time to enter examination center begins at 9.30 am as the examination starts at 10 am. The officials said that the students will be allowed to carry their own pens. However, Gujarat coordinator sent an SMS to parents telling that the student’s won’t be even able to carry pens and the same would be provided by the examination center.
The duration of the exam would be three hours. The test would include questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, all having equal weightage. Furthermore, apart from the suspense over pens, the students for sure are not supposed to carry baggage, textual material, calculators, log tables, electronic watches, bits of papers, mobile phones, pagers or any other devices in the examination hall.
