The Baldwin Women’s Methodist College in managed by the Methodist Church in India, the Chairman of the Board of Governors is the Bishop of the South India Regional Conference.

The Pre-University Course approved by the Karnataka Government comes directly under Education Board of Karnataka State. The vision is to be centre for Academic Excellence & Holistic Development. The mission is to empower young women with excellent education & integrated character formation to impact the family, community & the nation.

Library

The Library has Internet facilities available both to the students and the faculty. The library has a good number of magazines, journals a wide range of daily newspapers, CDs, E-journals and project reports, dissertations, Thesis. 

Labs

The Baldwin Women’s Methodist College has separate labs for the following departments :

• Home Science Lab

Cafeteria

Baldwin Women’s Methodist College cafeteria is completely hygienic and well maintained. College’s cafeteria comprises of three stalls for separate food facilities.

Counselling cell

The Counseling Cell aims at aiding students reach their highest academic and
personal potential. This involves confidential counseling to students on individual
or group basis, helping with personal, learning and career concerns and promoting wellness among them.

Placement Cell

The placement cell at Baldwin Women’s Methodist College caters at enhancing not only the employability of the students but also strives to lay emphasis on their overall development. The placement committee aids the students to better their career prospects by organizing on campus and off campus recruitments, training programmes ,aptitude tests, group discussions, interviews, confidence building and personality development sessions etc, to hone the students’ potential.
