JEE Advanced 2018 Summary
JEE Advanced 2018 Information Brochure has been released now. It is organized for admission to the undergraduate courses leading to a UG, Integrated PG or UG-PG Dual Degree. JEE (Advanced) exam is basically considered as iit entrance exam. The number of candidates who qualify JEE Main and will be considered eligible to sit for JEE Advanced 2018. JEE Advanced 2018 registration will begin from May 2 to 7, 2018. The entrance exam will be conducted on May 20, 2018. This is the first time that JEE Advanced 2018 will be held as a computer-based test (CBT). JEE Advanced will have 2 papers which are mandatory for all candidates to qualify.

Eligibility Criteria
Performance of JEE Mains 2018
Candidates should be among the top 2, 24,000 (including all categories) by securing positive marks in Paper 1 of JEE Main 2018.
Number of Attempts
- Candidates, those appeared in JEE Advanced 2017 for the first time, they are also eligible.
- Candidates must appear for JEE Advanced exam (IIT JEE Exam) a maximum of two times in a consecutive years.
Age Limit
Age limit for JEE Advanced for General or OBC-NCL category candidates states that aspirants will be eligible to apply for the entrance exam if they are born on or after October 1, 1993. However, age limit for SC, ST or PwD category candidates states that such aspirants should be born on or after October 1, 1988.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates have to score minimum 75% aggregate marks (65% in case of SC/ST/PwD category) in 10+2 or equivalent examination.
JEE Advanced 2018 Process
From 2018, JEE Advanced application fee has increased due to GST.
