The need to up-skill has become more crucial than ever for working professionals, amid the changing business scenario led by the pandemic. Acknowledging this, Ranjita Raman, CEO, Jaro Education, has taken the initiative of fostering the same within her organisation.
Under her leadership, Jaro Education has recently unveiled an in-house two-month leadership program, the sessions of which lasted from December 15, 2020 till February 2, 2021. With Prof. Nagaraj Subbarao, Dean of DSU University, as the key speaker, the program was offered to those employees who performed the best at work. It was divided into several phases spanning across seven weeks and covered all the important facets of leadership in business management. The last three sessions of the program consisted of review assignments, case analysis and a Debrief.
Talking about the recently held leadership program, Ranjita Raman said, “Even though technical and soft skills are the major factors that define one’s success in business leadership and management, there are other attributes as well that distinguish exceptional leaders from the average ones. With this, we aim to equip our employees with all those attributes and make them all-rounded leaders.”
Jaro Education has been offering executive and online management programs to working professionals from all walks of life. However, the launch of an in-house leadership program testifies its commitment to fostering intrapreneurship among its employees.
